PUBLIC FORUM It is the policy of the Board that, if members of the public wish to address the Board in Public Forum, they must complete and submit the Request to Address the Board of Trustees form. In order to assure the safety of the public, Board Members and District Administrators during the COVID 19 pandemic, it is necessary to require anyone who wishes to publicly address the Board in this meeting to sign-up by completing the form found on line at https://www.hayscisd.net/boardcomment between the hours of 8:00 am and 12:00 noon on the day of this meeting. In order to address the Board, the form MUST be submitted by 12:00 noon on the day of this meeting.
