AND I JUST WANTED TO HAVE A MOMENT OF SILENCE TO THINK ABOUT OUR FAMILIES THAT HAVE BEEN AFFECTED BY TWO FATALITIES HERE IN OUR COMMUNITY TODAY.

AND I THINK THE EARLY VOTING STATIONS ARE OPEN FROM 8 TO 5.

AND SO IF YOU NOTICE, I'M SPORTING MY I VOTED STICKER JUST, YOU KNOW, AS A GOOD ROLE MODEL TONIGHT.

SO HAYS HIGH SCHOOL SOFTBALL IS CO DISTRICT CHAMPS AND THEY PLAY TOMORROW NIGHT AT DRIPPING SPRINGS AGAINST BOWIE TO DETERMINE WHO WILL GET THE NUMBER ONE [INAUDIBLE].

AND THEN JOHNSON HIGH SCHOOL SOFTBALL HAS ALREADY MADE THE PLAYOFFS AND THEY WILL PLAY THIS FRIDAY AND SATURDAY AGAINST GEORGETOWN HIGH SCHOOL AND THEN JOHNSON HIGH SCHOOL BASEBALL HAS TWO BASEBALL GAMES LEFT AND THEY COULD FINISH AS HIGH AS DISTRICT CHAMPS OR COULD GET A LOWER [INAUDIBLE], DEPENDING ON WHAT HAPPENS IN THE NEXT TWO BALLGAMES.

SO BE LOOKING FOR THAT.

AND THEN JUST WANTED TO LET YOU KNOW THAT ON WEDNESDAY WE WILL BE GOING TO LEHMAN HIGH SCHOOL TO AWARD THE STATE POWERLIFTING CHAMPION TWO YEARS RUNNING WITH THE SUPERINTENDENT'S COIN OF EXCELLENCE.

AND BY RIGHT THIS MINUTE SEGMENT AND LOOKING FORWARD TO DOING THAT, IT'S HARD ENOUGH TO WIN ONE STATE CHAMPIONSHIP.

BUT WHEN YOU WIN TWO BACK TO BACK, IT'S PRETTY IMPRESSIVE.

WRIGHT. I'M SUPER EXCITED TO BE HERE TONIGHT TO TALK ABOUT ALL THE WONDERFUL THINGS THAT ARE HAPPENING AT HEMPHILL, TO START WHERE WE WILL GO OVER OUR MISSION AND OUR VISION.

AND SO OUR MISSION IS THAT WE ARE EMPOWERING OUR STUDENTS TO BE ACADEMICALLY SUCCESSFUL AND RESILIENT LEADERS.

OUR MISSION IS THAT WE ARE FOSTERING LEARNER CENTERED ENVIRONMENT THAT CONTRIBUTES AND CULTIVATES INDEPENDENT, LIFELONG GLOBAL CITIZENS.

AND WE DO HAVE SEVERAL OF OUR FAMILIES HERE JOINING US TODAY.

THE HAWKS THAT YOU SEE HERE ARE SOME OF OUR PRE-K STUDENTS.

AND SO THE STUDENTS THAT WE SERVE.

SO WE ARE THE HAWKS. WE ARE VERY PROUD OF OUR MASCOT.

WE HAVE 400 AND THE NUMBER IS NOT THERE, 459 STUDENTS.

AND WE DO SERVICE A VERY DIVERSE POPULATION OF STUDENTS.

WE DO HAVE FIVE NEIGHBORHOODS THAT ARE GROWING IN OUR AREA.

SO WE DO HAVE HOMES THAT ARE STARTING TO CLOSE.

SO OUR POPULATION IS GOING TO BE INCREASING.

AND WE'VE BEEN WAITING FOR THE PAST FIVE YEARS, FOUR YEARS FOR THIS.

SO WE'RE REALLY EXCITED FOR THAT.

WE DO HAVE THE LARGEST PRE-KINDERGARTEN PROGRAM IN THE DISTRICT, SO 30% OF OUR STUDENT POPULATION IS OUR PRE-K STUDENTS.

AND SO WE HAVE ABOUT 137 OF OUR PRE-K STUDENTS IN OUR BUILDING.

AND WE HAVE HALF OF THE CLASSROOMS. SO FOUR CLASSROOMS ARE BILINGUAL, FOUR CLASSROOMS ARE MONOLINGUAL.

THIS YEAR, WE WERE ALSO AWARDED THE $10,000 GRANT FOR PROJECT LEAD THE WAY FOR KINDER THROUGH PRE-K THROUGH FIFTH GRADE, WHICH WE WERE SUPER EXCITED FOR.

SO WE DID START THE IMPLEMENTATION OF PROJECT LEAD THE WAY WITH THE CURRICULUM AND WE ARE CONTINUING THE GRANT THANKS TO KATIE, WHO COMPLETED A GRANT FOR THE 5000 FOR NEXT SCHOOL YEAR. SO WE'RE REALLY EXCITED TO CONTINUE THAT FOR OUR CAMPUS.

SO OUR TEACHERS AND OUR STUDENTS DID PUT A LITTLE VIDEO TOGETHER TO TALK ABOUT THE THINGS THAT ARE HAPPENING AT HEMPHILL.

WHEN YOU WALK ONTO OUR CAMPUS, YOU'LL BE GREETED WITH FRIENDLY FACES AND FEEL WELCOMED.

OUR STAFF IS VERY POSITIVE AND IS QUICK TO HELP.

EACH DAY WHEN I WALK THROUGH THE DOOR, I'M GREETED WITH KINDNESS, WITH A POSITIVE ATTITUDE, READY TO TAKE ON THE DAY, NO MATTER THE CHALLENGE.

I LOVE HEMPHILL BECAUSE IT MAKES ME FEEL SAFE.

WHAT I LOVE ABOUT HEMPHILL IS HOW ALL OF THE TEACHERS HERE ARE SO POSITIVE AND WE HAVE SUCH A TEAM MENTALITY.

WE ARE ALWAYS COLLABORATING.

WE'RE ALWAYS TALKING ABOUT WAYS TO BETTER OURSELVES AS TEACHERS AND ALSO, OF COURSE, BETTER OUR STUDENTS EXPERIENCES AND HOW THEY'RE LEARNING.

INSTRUCTION IS INDIVIDUALIZED AND DATA DRIVEN.

STAFF AT HEMPHILL WORKS INCREDIBLY HARD IN ORDER TO MEET THE NEEDS OF ALL OUR STUDENTS.

TEACHERS OFTEN MEET TOGETHER TO REFLECT AND PLAN, ENGAGING AND EXCITING LESSONS BASED ON WHAT THEIR OWN STUDENTS OUR INSTRUCTION IS VERY CROSS CURRICULAR, WHICH ALLOWS US TO EFFECTIVELY TEACH STUDENTS TRANSFERRABLE PROBLEM SOLVING SKILLS.

I LOVE HOW WE CAN EXTEND THESE SKILLS INTO OUR LITERACY AND MATH STATIONS, ESPECIALLY FOR OUR LITTLE ONES.

WE HAVE THE HOUSES DIFFERENT CLASSES HAVE DIFFERENT COLORS.

OUR HONEST HOUSE IS THE BLUE HOUSE, AND IT'S A AND THE GREEN HOUSE IS THE KIND HOUSE.SO WE PLAY A GAME EVERY MONTH.

LIKE YOU HAVE TO GET POINTS AND IF YOU GET POINTS YOU CAN LIKE WIN FOR A WEEK AND FOR EXAMPLE LIKE SEPTEMBER THEY LIKE ADD UP THE POINTS FOR EACH WEEK IN SEPTEMBER AND THEN THE WINNER AT THE END WILL BE HIGH FLIER IS ME BEING LIKE, YOU'RE A PERFECT HAWK.

YOU ALWAYS FOLLOW THE RULES AND YOU ALWAYS RESPECT EACH OTHER AND YOU ALWAYS TAKE CARE OF EACH OTHER AND YOU ALWAYS STAND UP FOR OTHER PEOPLE.

WELL, THE WALLS ARE KIND OF LIKE LEGO BLOCKS FOR LIKE ALL THESE ACCOMPLISHMENTS AND GOALS THAT WE ARE ALL, SHOWS ALL THAT HARD WORK AND DEDICATION.

MY SCIENCE I GOT A GOOD GRADE ON MY SCIENCE THIS IS WHEN I GOT I LIKE EVERYTHING THAT WE HAVEN'T DONE BEFORE.

I YEAH, BECAUSE I GET TO PLAY AND I GET TO LEARN AND HAVE FUN WITH MY FRIENDS. I LOVE THE SENSE OF COMMUNITY HERE AT HEMPHILL, FROM THE FAMILIES TO THE STAFF, I FEEL LIKE WE ALL HAVE THE SAME GOAL AND THAT IS TO MAKE SURE THAT OUR STUDENTS ARE ENJOYING THEIR LEARNING AND ENJOYING THEIR TIME HERE IN ELEMENTARY.

THAT SENSE OF FAMILY HERE WE ARE ALL WORKING TOGETHER FOR ONE END GOAL AND THAT IS OUR STUDENTS.

WE'VE CREATED AN ENVIRONMENT THAT REFLECTS FAMILIES BACKGROUNDS, WHICH LETS FAMILIES KNOW THAT THEY ARE VALUED AT OUR SCHOOL.

I ALSO LOVE THAT HEMPHILL HAS BUILT A SENSE OF COMMUNITY AMONG OUR STAFF AND STUDENTS.

I LOVE HEMPHILL BECAUSE WE DO A LOT OF FUN THINGS AND WE HAVE FUN.

I LOVE HEMPHILL BECAUSE WE CAN DO A LOT OF CREATIVITY.

AND I LOVE THE I LIKE HEMPHILL ELEMENTARY BECAUSE IT'S A PLACE TO LEARN AND CULTIVATES YOUNG MINDS TO LOVE, LEARNING, TO BE PRODUCTIVE CITIZENS AND ACHIEVE THEIR GOALS.

AND I LIKE WE CAN ALL DO THAT STUFF.

I LOVE WHAT WE DO TO INVOLVE FAMILIES HERE.

WE DO EVENTS IN HOME PROJECTS TO INVOLVE FAMILIES AND INVITE THEM TO BE A PART OF THEIR STUDENTS LEARNING.

AND WE ALSO PROVIDE A LOT OF RESOURCES FOR FAMILIES.

THE THING THAT I LOVE MOST ABOUT HEMPHILL IS THAT THIS IS MY FAMILY.

WE ALL LOVE OUR KIDS HERE AND WE ALL DO OUR BEST EVERY SINGLE DAY TO MEET THE NEEDS OF OUR STUDENTS.

EXCITED FOR. SHE WON'T BE THE LAST, BUT THAT WAS RYAN WHO ATTENDED.

WE ALSO SENT STUDENTS THIS YEAR TO THE AUSTIN REGIONAL SCIENCE FAIR, SO WE WERE ABLE TO SEND FOUR STUDENTS.

AND NEXT YEAR WE'RE HOPING TO INCREASE THAT NUMBER.

SO WE GOT A FIRST PLACE, A SECOND PLACE AND TWO THIRD PLACE WINNERS FOR THE AUSTIN REGIONAL SCIENCE FAIR.

WE DID OFFER FALL SEMESTER THIRD THROUGH FIFTH GRADE CLUB.

SO WE HAVE STUDENT COUNCIL THAT'S CURRENTLY ONGOING, ART CLUB, MYSTERY CLUB AND GAMING CLUB.

AND IN THE SPRING SEMESTER, WE TRANSITIONED TO KINDER THROUGH KINDER THROUGH SECOND GRADE CLUBS, AND THAT'S KARATE AND THAT'S A PARTNERSHIP WITHIN THE COMMUNITY WHO GIVES THAT TO OUR CAMPUS FOR FREE, WHICH IS AWESOME.

BOYS AND GIRL SCOUTS WHO HAS BEEN SUPPORTING OUR CAMPUS SINCE 2011.

SO THAT IS A CONTINUED PARTNERSHIP.

LEGO CLUB AND DISC GOLF AND THEN THIRD THROUGH FIFTH GRADE TRANSITIONS TO TUTORING IN THE SPRING SEMESTER.

SO WE ARE VERY GRATEFUL FOR ALL THE PARTNERSHIPS THAT WE DO HAVE.

PTA IS AMAZING THE AMOUNT OF SUPPORT THAT THEY GIVE TO OUR CAMPUS.

WE ALSO HAVE BIKES FOR BOOKS.

WHO HAS BEEN HELPING US THE, I'M GOING TO MISPRONOUNCE THE NAME EVEN THOUGH I PRACTICE IT SO MUCH.

KIWANIS IN KYLE THEY SUPPORT US IN THE FALL AND IN THE SPRING FOR A BIKE FOR OUR STUDENTS.

AND THIS YEAR, FOR THIS SEMESTER, THEY DID HELP WITH THE DISTRICT INITIATIVE OF INCREASING OUR AMPLIFY MINUTES.

AND SO THEY ARE SUPPORTING OUR BIKE THIS SEMESTER FOR THE MONTH OF APRIL, WHICH WE'RE EXCITED FOR.

WE PARTICIPATE AS A CAMPUS WITH E3 ALLIANCE LITERACY RUBRIC.

AND SO THAT'S ENHANCING OUR LITERACY COMPONENTS.

THAT IS TWO CAMPUSES IN THE DISTRICT CURRENTLY WITHIN THAT COHORT, IT'S HEMPHILL AND TOM GREEN.

WE ALSO DO THE NAEP PARTNERSHIP WITH FOURTH AND FIFTH GRADE, AND THAT'S REALLY TALKING ABOUT THE MICRO MESSAGING.

AND WE'RE EXCITED THAT THE REST OF OUR TEACHERS WILL GET THAT TRAINING THAT THE DISTRICT'S PROVIDING THIS SUMMER.

THE OTHER TWO PARTNERSHIPS THAT WE CURRENTLY HAVE ARE WITH THE UNIVERSITY OF TEXAS.

SO WE HAVE TEXT TALKS IN FOURTH AND FIFTH GRADE, AND THERE IS ONE OTHER CAMPUS, TOM GREEN, WHO ALSO HAS THAT PARTNERSHIP WITH FOURTH AND FIFTH GRADE READING IN THE FALL OF 2021. AND THEN THE UNIVERSITY OF TEXAS HAS ALSO STARTED IN THE SPRING SEMESTER WITH PRE-K, WHICH IS WHY WE HAVE SOME OF OUR PRE-K FRIENDS HERE TODAY.

THE READ ALOUD ROUTINE.

SO THIS HAS STARTED THIS YEAR IN THE SPRING SEMESTER.

AND SO OUR STUDENTS HAVE BEEN EXPERIENCING THE READ ALOUD ROUTINE AND WE WANTED YOU ALL TO EXPERIENCE THAT WITH US AS WELL.

SO WE HAVE A QUICK LITTLE 20 MINUTE 2 MINUTE VIDEO ON THE PRE-K READ ALOUD ROUTINE.

OH, OKAY. AND JUST BY LOOKING AT THIS BOOK, WHAT ARE YOU THINKING? MADISON OH, MY GOODNESS.

MY FAVORITE PART OF THE READ ALOUD ROUTINE IS HOW ACADEMIC VOCABULARY IS TAUGHT WITH STRATEGIES THAT WORK.

FOR EXAMPLE, STUDENTS ARE TAUGHT TO MAKE A GESTURE FOR EACH NEW WORD THEY'RE ALSO EXPECTED TO CREATE A SENTENCE WITH THE WORD.

THESE TYPE OF STRATEGIES DEFINITELY ENHANCE STUDENT LEARNING AND HELPS STUDENTS INTERNALIZE THEIR GRADES.

IT ALSO HELPS STUDENTS PARTICIPATE MORE WHEN THEY SHARE WITH EACH OTHER.

THEY LOVE IT LIKE THEY REMEMBER THE STORIES.

THEY WANT TO KEEP TALKING ABOUT IT.

THAT'S A GOOD ONE.

I'M GETTING THE DEFINITION AND THE GIST OF THE STORY, AND THEN WE WRITE ALL ABOUT IT AND THEY'RE JUST LITERALLY INTO THE STORY BECAUSE WE SLOW DOWN AND WE READ IT IN PARTS. WE DO VOCABULARY AND THEN WE READ THE WHOLE STORY DEBBIE ARRIVED AND WHAT HAPPENED WHILE THEY WERE WAITING FOR [APPLAUSE] THANK YOU.

SO THE BOOKS THAT THE STUDENTS WERE SIGNING WERE WAS ACTUALLY THEIR FIRST BOOK THAT THEY PRACTICE WITH THIS READ ALOUD ROUTINE.

I AM REQUESTING FOR YOU TO PROTECT THEM FROM ANY AND ALL FORMS OF RETALIATION OR FALLOUT IN THE FORM OF REPRIMANDS, SHIFT CHANGES, CHANGES IN THEIR ROUTES, REDUCTION OF THEIR HOURS OR REMOVAL OF ROUTES.

THEY ARE NOT RECEIVING THE DRIVER PAY RATE FOR THEIR TIME SPENT TRANSPORTING OUR STUDENTS.

WE ARE SUPER APPRECIATIVE OF THE 7% RAISE.

HOWEVER, THE PAY SCALE ENDING IN THIS FISCAL YEAR, PAY GRADE ONE STARTS AT $10.31, WITH THE ADDED 7% INCREASE THAT WILL BECOME $11.07. TWO YEARS AGO, SAM MARCUS INCREASED THEIR PAY RATE TO, I BELIEVE, SOMEWHERE BETWEEN $13 AND $15 DOLLARS AN HOUR.

DEL VALLE HAS ALSO DONE THE SAME, RAISING THEIR ESP PAY TO $15 DOLLARS.

BUT EVER SINCE THE FIRST TIME, IT'S CHANGED.

AND IT'S NO LONGER A TEAM LEADERSHIP COUNCIL.

I GUESS IT SHOULD BE CALLED TEAM LEADERSHIP LOYALTY COUNCIL, LEADERSHIP COUNCIL.

TOO MANY ISSUES GOING ON.

I GO TO WORK EVERY DAY.

EVERY DAY I TRY TO BE THERE EVERY DAY.

ON TIME. I DO WHAT IS REQUIRED OF ME AS FAR AS THE POLICIES FROM SCHOOL DISTRICTS WITH MY TRAINING SKILLS.

AND YET I GET REPRIMANDED.

AND YET. I DON'T UNDERSTAND THAT IF MY DRIVER IS ABSENT, MY HOURS ARE TAKEN AWAY.

I WORK 8 HOURS.

BUT IF HE'S ABSENT, GUESS WHAT? HOURS GO DOWN TO FIVE.

WELL, YOU'RE THE ONE BEING REPRIMANDED ABOUT IT.

THEY'RE ALSO VERY CONCERNED ABOUT THE 8 HOURS BEING REDUCED BACK DOWN TO 6 HOURS.

AND I KNOW THAT SOME OF THAT CAME DOWN TO THE TLC BEING INVOLVED AND TRYING TO HELP OUT OUR MONITORS, BECAUSE OUR MONITORS, I BELIEVE, ARE ONLY ON 5 HOURS.

SO. GUARANTEED.

AND I THINK THERE WAS GOODWILL FROM THE TLC IN TRYING TO TRADE OFF 8 HOURS IF THEY WENT DOWN TO 6 HOURS.

AND THAT WAY THEY COULD HELP THE MONITORS TO BRING UP THEIR PAY AND THEIR HOURS UP.

SO I THINK THAT WAS JUST A LITTLE BIT BEYOND THE TLC'S SCOPE TO BE TRYING TO WORK ON PAY AND WORKING ON THE HOURS.

I THINK THEY SHOULD HAVE REACHED OUT AND GOTTEN HELP IN ORDER TO FIND THAT HAPPY MEDIUM OR TRULY FIND WHAT THE STAFF AND THE DRIVERS DID NEED AND WANT OR WHAT THE MONITORS ALSO WANTED AS WELL.

I DON'T THINK THAT THE DRIVERS SHOULD HAVE TO GIVE UP ANY OF THEIR TIME.

THEY'RE GUARANTEED 8 HOURS AND I KNOW IT HASN'T HAPPENED YET, BUT THIS IS WHY WE'RE BRINGING THIS UP TO YOU NOW SO THAT IT DOESN'T THEY DON'T LOSE THAT.

THEY DEPEND ON THEIR 8 HOURS AND THEY NEED THAT.

THE MONITORS, ON THE OTHER HAND, YES, THEY DON'T GET THE 8 HOURS.

AND LIKE [INAUDIBLE], WHO JUST SPOKE, LOSES SOME OF HER TIME WHEN HER DRIVER DOESN'T SHOW UP OR HER TIME DOESN'T SEEM AS VALID AS A DRIVER'S TIME.

SO FOR HER TO MAKE THE 8 HOURS IN THAT DAY ISN'T AS IMPORTANT TO THE MONITORS AS IT IS TO THE DRIVERS.

BUT MONETARILY WISE, YES, IT IS VERY IMPORTANT.

HOUR WISE, YES, IT IS VERY IMPORTANT.

YOU KNOW THAT WHEN WE GO GET LOANS AND WE WANT TO PURCHASE A CAR OR BIG ITEMS, THE BIG TICKET ITEMS. THEY'RE GOING TO LOOK AT YOUR HOURS.

AND WHEN YOU LOOKED UPON AS A PART TIME EMPLOYEE, SOMETIMES IT'S VERY DIFFICULT TO GET THOSE APPROVAL FOR THOSE HOURS.

AND THAT'S HOW OUR MONITORS ARE GOING TO BE LOOKED UPON AS A PART TIME EMPLOYEE.

SO I DON'T THINK THE ANSWER WAS QUITE TO TAKE AWAY FROM THE DRIVERS FROM THEIR 8 HOURS.

WHILE IT WAS A NOBLE AND GENEROUS GESTURE TO TRY AND GIVE FROM THE DRIVERS TO THE MONITORS IT DOESN'T WORK THAT WAY. I THINK WE NEED TO PROTECT THE DRIVERS.

THEY SHOULD NOT HAVE TO GIVE UP ANYTHING.

BUT YET WE SHOULD ELEVATE OUR MONITORS TO WHERE THEY CAN RECEIVE THOSE SAME BENEFITS OF HOURS AS OUR DRIVERS DO AS WELL.

SO THAT'S WHAT I'M HERE TO HELP SUPPORT AND WHAT WE ARE ASKING FOR.

SO I KNOW WE SENT OUT TSTA OUT A SURVEY THAT RECEIVED 334 RESPONSES 16 ALMOST 17% OF THOSE RESPONSES WERE FROM TRANSPORTATION, AND THEY WERE ASKED.

IF THEY WANTED TO.

IF THEY PREFERRED THE 8 HOURS PER DAY OR IF THEY PREFERRED THE 6 HOURS PER DAY.

OF THE TRANSPORTATION RESPONSES 92.6% OF THE TRANSPORTATION EMPLOYEES STATED THAT THEY WANTED THAT 8 HOURS FOR THE DAY.

SO IF THIS COMES UP FOR A VOTE AND YOU ALL GO TO MAKE A DECISION ON THIS, WE ASK THAT ON BEHALF OF THE 96 OR THE 92.6% OF THE EMPLOYEES WHO FILLED OUT THIS SURVEY, THAT YOU TAKE CARE OF THEM AND MAKE SURE THAT THEY RETAIN THEIR EIGHT HOUR WORKDAYS.

AND THEN THAT WAY WE CAN GO FORWARD AND WORK ON MAKING SURE THAT WE CAN GET OUR MONITORS TO THE EIGHT HOUR WORKDAYS AS WELL.

THERE ISN'T TRANSPARENCY IN OUR PAY.

AND SO THE ONLY ASK TONIGHT IS TO PROVIDE THE STIPEND OF 8,000 DOLLARS IN MOVING FORWARD AS WE STAFF FOR THIS POSITION.

WE MIGHT HAVE THE MARIACHI AT A MOTHER'S DAY EVENT ON A WEEKEND AND MAY HAVE IN THE EVENINGS MAY HAVE THROUGHOUT THE ENTIRE SUMMER OVER THE CHRISTMAS HOLIDAYS, OVER THANKSGIVING. IT'S JUST PART OF THE CULTURE, PART OF THE TRADITION OF HAVING THE MARIACHI PROGRAM THERE.

AND TO HAVE ONE DIRECTOR, YOU KNOW, SUPPORTING THOSE WHILE IT'S BEEN MANAGEABLE WE KNOW THAT IT'S HARD ATTRACTING AND RETAINING JUST ONE DIRECTOR IN THAT PROGRAM.

RIGHT? WE HANDLED ONE PIECE OF THAT EQUITY ADJUSTMENT AND ANOTHER PIECE WAS GOING TO COME TO US BECAUSE THERE WAS A HUGE COST ASSOCIATED.

SO WE WERE TAKING IT IN PHASES.

YES. SO ARE YOU GOING TO BRING SOMETHING FORWARD THAT WILL PROVIDE FOR SOME EQUITY ADJUSTMENTS FOR ANOTHER GROUP OR CLASS OF OUR WORKERS? YES. SO WHAT WE HOPE TO BRING TO YOU ARE TWO DIFFERENT TYPES OF EQUITY ADJUSTMENT, ONE IS TO DEAL WITH THAT COMPRESSION THAT WAS CREATED WHEN WE RAISE THE BASE.

THE OTHER TYPE OF EQUITY ADJUSTMENT IS THIS IS PART OF WHAT REALLY ANY SCHOOL SYSTEM SHOULD BE DOING EVERY YEAR IS TO DO A MARKET ANALYSIS OF THE VARIOUS POSITION TYPES.
