AT THAT TIME, ONE OF OUR CAMPUSES WAS FOUND TO HAVE SOME NONCOMPLIANCE ISSUES. AS JUST A REMINDER, I WANT YOU GUYS TO UNDERSTAND WHAT THE FINDINGS MEAN. GENERAL FINDINGS CAN BE ONE OF THREE THINGS. THAT'S THE UNSECURED EXTERIOR DOORS, UNSECURED INTERIOR CLASSROOM DOORS WITH STUDENTS PRESENT, WHICH IS BECAUSE WE HAVE A DISTRICT POLICY. THEN WE HAVE A DOCUMENTATION OF WEEKLY AUDIT DOOR CHECKS. IN THIS PARTICULAR CAMPUS WHAT WE FOUND WAS THAT WE DID IN FACT HAVE A LACK OF DOCUMENTATION OF OUR WEEKLY DOOR CHECKS. ULTIMATELY, WHAT OCCURRED IS I MADE CONTACT WITH THAT PARTICULAR CAMPUS AND FOUND THAT THE DOOR CHECKS HAD BEEN DONE, HOWEVER, WHAT HAD OCCURRED IS THAT THE DOCUMENTATION HAD NOT BEEN PROPERLY PUT DOWN ON PAPER. IN MY PRIOR JOB, I WILL JUST TELL YOU, I EMBRACE THAT 100 PERCENT, IF IT'S NOT WRITTEN DOWN, IT DIDN'T HAPPEN. ULTIMATELY, WE HAD THAT PIECE OF IT IDENTIFIED AS TO WHAT THE ISSUES WERE SPECIFICALLY. WE VERY QUICKLY ADDRESSED IT. WE ENDED UP HAVING OUR DISTRICT SAFETY ADVISORY MEETING ON THE SEVENTH SO WITHIN TWO DAYS WE HAD THAT DONE. I THEN HAD THE REQUIRED TRAINING THAT WAS COMPLETED BY DECEMBER 11TH. [00:05:05] BOTH OF THOSE THINGS WERE DONE AND COMPLETED. THEN WHAT I NEEDED TO DO WAS HAVE THIS PARTICULAR MEETING AND THAT INCLUDED I NEEDED TO HAVE AUDIT FINDINGS OF AT LEAST THREE WEEKS OF ACTUAL DOCUMENTED FINDINGS. I'M VERY HAPPY TO REPORT THAT IMMEDIATELY AFTER THE MEETING, ACTUALLY, REALLY AFTER THE INCIDENT OCCURRED, THERE WAS IMMEDIATE DOCUMENTATION DONE AND TAKEN CARE OF.
