THAT WAS IN LATER ACCEPTED BY THE COUNTY BALLOT BOARD.
SO THOSE ARE THE ONLY TOTAL DIFFERENCES.
WE HAD A TOTAL OF 15 VOTES FROM TRAVIS COUNTY AND THEN STILL NO VOTES AT ALL FROM CALDWELL COUNTY AND I DO HAVE THE PRECINCT BY PRECINCT RETURNS IN THE MATERIAL THAT YOU CAN SEE FROM HAYS CISD.
THESE PRECINCT BY PRECINCT RETURNS ARE GOING TO MATHEMATICALLY MATCH THE UNOFFICIAL FINAL.
THEY DON'T INCLUDE PRECINCT BY PRECINCT ON THOSE ADDITIONAL 5 OR 6 BALLOTS THAT CAME IN, BUT NONE OF THOSE VOTES COMING IN WERE ENOUGH TO AFFECT THE TOTAL ON THE.
I DIDN'T INCLUDE ANYTHING FOR CALDWELL SINCE THERE WERE NO VOTES ON THAT.
I DO HAVE THE PRECINCT BY PRECINCT BREAKDOWN FOR TRAVIS COUNTY.
ALL OF OUR TRAVIS COUNTY VOTERS VOTED IN BOTH THE DISTRICT THREE AS WELL AS THE AT LARGE RACE.
TRAVIS COUNTY HAS A FEATURE ON THEIR WEBSITE.
YOU CAN SEE WHICH CANDIDATE WON A PARTICULAR PRECINCT IN THE PORTION OF OUR DISTRICT THAT'S IN TRAVIS COUNTY AND ON THAT ONE, I HAVE THE PRECINCT BY PRECINCT RETURNS AS WELL.

I FURTHER DIRECT THE SECRETARY TO NOTE IN THE MINUTES OF THIS MEETING THAT THE BOARD HAS COMPLETED THE CANVASING OF THE MAY 4TH, 2024 TRUSTEE ELECTION RESULTS FOR HAYS CISD SINGLE MEMBER DISTRICT THREE AND TRUSTEE AT LARGE, AND TO ENTER THE TABULATION DIRECTLY INTO THE LOCAL ELECTION REGISTER MAINTAINED BY THE DISTRICT. HE FIRST SERVED AS A VOLUNTEER WITH THE DISTRICT ON THE BUDA ELEMENTARY PTA IN 1999.
SO COLLECTIVELY HE HAS SERVED AS A VOLUNTEER IN THE SCHOOL DISTRICT FOR OVER 25 YEARS.
WILL SERVED AS THE VERY FIRST CHAIRPERSON OF OUR DISTRICT'S FACILITY AND BOND OVERSIGHT COMMITTEE.
WHEN WILL GRADUATED FROM HIGH SCHOOL, THE DISTRICT HAD A TOTAL OF 3880 STUDENTS.
AS OF THIS MORNING, HAYS CISD HAS 23,581 STUDENTS.
IN ADDITION TO MANAGING GROWTH, WILL HAS HELPED LEAD THE DISTRICT TO A COMMENDABLE LEVEL OF ACADEMIC ACHIEVEMENT WITH GREATLY EXPANDED LEARNING OPPORTUNITIES FOR ALL OF OUR STUDENTS. HE HAS ALSO CONTRIBUTED TO THE HAYS CISD BEING THE MOST EMPLOYEE FRIENDLY DISTRICT IN THE STATE OF TEXAS.
IN 2021, WILL WAS PART OF THE HAYS CISD BOARD OF TRUSTEES WHEN IT WAS NAMED ONE OF FOUR STATEWIDE HONOR BOARDS FOR THE OUTSTANDING DEDICATION AND SERVICE TO CHILDREN IN THE STATE OF TEXAS.
HIS LEADERSHIP WILL BE MISSED ON THE BOARD, BUT I HAVE NO DOUBT THAT HIS LOVE FOR THIS COMMUNITY AND HIS INVOLVEMENT WITH THE COMMUNITY WILL CONTINUE FOR DECADES TO COME AND SO I WOULD BE REMISS IF I DIDN'T GIVE WILL A SUPERINTENDENT'S COIN OF EXCELLENCE AT THIS TIME AND THEN WILL YOU MAY NEED A WAGON BY THE TIME WE GET DONE TONIGHT.
SO I ALSO HAVE A CERTIFICATE OF SERVICE THAT SAYS WILL MCMANUS, SCHOOL BOARD PRESIDENT 2023-24.
VICE PRESIDENT, 2019 THROUGH 2021 TRUSTEE, 2018 THROUGH 2024 AND IT SAYS IN APPRECIATION FOR YOUR DEDICATED SERVICE AS A MEMBER OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES FOR THE HAYS CONSOLIDATED INDEPENDENT SCHOOL DISTRICT, YOU HAVE BEEN AN UNSELFISH AND TIRELESS ADVOCATE FOR HAYS CISD STUDENTS.

SO THIS ISSUE AFFECTS US AND WE DON'T KNOW WHEN AND WE AREN'T ALWAYS READY.
SO IN CLASS, NOT ALL GIRLS HAVE ENOUGH MONEY TO AFFORD THE BASIC NECESSITIES LIKE FEMININE PRODUCTS.
SO 46 ONE PERCENTILE OF THE HAYS CISD STUDENTS ARE CONSIDERED ECONOMICALLY DISADVANTAGED, AND HAVING ACCESS TO THE FEMININE PRODUCTS IN THE BATHROOMS WILL HELP THE GIRLS SPECIFICALLY.
WE HAVE THOUGHT OF THREE OPTIONS OF HOW THE SCHOOLS COULD PROVIDE FEMININE PRODUCTS IN THE BATHROOMS. YOU COULD PUT A BASKET IN EACH BATHROOM WITH PRODUCTS SO THEY ARE EASILY AVAILABLE FOR GIRLS THAT NEED THEM.
WE KNOW, WE KNOW THERE ARE SITUATIONS WHERE STUDENTS DON'T USE THE PRODUCTS IN THE BATHROOM PROPERLY, BUT YOU WOULDN'T TAKE AWAY THE TOILET PAPER OR PAPER TOWELS IF THEY WERE MISUSED, RIGHT? OUR LAST SUGGESTION IS FOR YOU TO PUT A FEMININE HYGIENE DISPENSER THAT USES YOUR STUDENT ID TO ACCESS THE PRODUCT, SO THE SCHOOL COULD MONITOR IF ANYONE IS MISUSING THE RESOURCE.
THIS WOULD BE THE MOST EXPENSIVE OPTION UP FRONT, BUT WOULD LIKELY SAVE MONEY IN THE LONG RUN.

THIS NEXT YEAR, WE'RE PROPOSING THAT THE STUDENTS AT LENNAR AT PLUM CREEK SUBDIVISION ARE NOT CONSIDERED HAZARDOUS SINCE THEY UPGRADED THAT INTERSECTION RIGHT THERE AT THE LIGHT AND THEY HAVE A SAFE PATH TO BE ABLE TO GET TO SCHOOL.
THAT'S GOING TO CURRENTLY IMPACT ABOUT 27 STUDENTS.
IT WOULD BE THE SAME THAT LENNAR PLUM CREEK SUBDIVISION.

BECAUSE OF THAT. CROSS THE CROSSWALK AND THE STOP SIGN RIGHT THERE AT MCCORMICK.
