SO FIRST OF ALL, ON MY REPORT, OUR ENROLLMENT FOR THE LAST WEEK OF SCHOOL IS 23,550 STUDENTS.

SO WE'RE STILL UP AROUND 1100 STUDENTS FROM THIS TIME LAST YEAR.

OUR ATTENDANCE RATE IS 93.84%.

AND SO IT'S UP ABOUT 0.84, ALMOST A FULL PERCENTAGE POINT FROM WHERE WE BUDGETED.

SO THAT'S GOOD NEWS.

AND THEN LAST FRIDAY WE WERE ABLE TO CELEBRATE OUR CAMPUS TEACHERS OF THE YEAR, AS WELL AS OUR DISTRICT TEACHERS OF THE YEAR.

AND FOR THOSE OF YOU THAT WEREN'T ABLE TO COME OR HAVEN'T BEEN THERE JUST WANT TO CONGRATULATE MISS DESKIN FROM SUNFIELD ELEMENTARY.

SHE IS OUR ELEMENTARY TEACHER OF THE YEAR THAT WILL BE REPRESENTING HAYS CISD AT THE REGIONAL COMPETITION.

AND THEN MISS CARRILLO AT LEHMAN HIGH SCHOOL WILL BE REPRESENTING HAYS CISD AS OUR SECONDARY TEACHER OF THE YEAR.

AND THEN FINALLY REALLY EXCITED ABOUT TUESDAY AND WEDNESDAY OF NEXT WEEK.

WE HAVE OUR GRADUATION CEREMONIES AT TEXAS STATE AT STRAHAN ARENA.

ON TUESDAY, WE HAVE A LEHMAN CEREMONY BEGINNING AT 2 P.M.

AND THEN FOLLOWED BY HAYS HIGH SCHOOL AT SIX.

AND THEN ON WEDNESDAY THE 29TH, JOHNSON HIGH SCHOOL IS AT 2 P.M., FOLLOWED BY LIVE OAK ACADEMY AT 6 P.M..

I AM A TEACHER AT HAYS HIGH SCHOOL.

I HAVE BEEN WITH THE DISTRICT FOR ABOUT FIVE YEARS NOW, AND MY MAIN GOAL OF TODAY IS JUST TO TALK TO YOU ALL ABOUT THE INSTRUCTIONAL COACHES AND THE DECISION THAT POSSIBLY COULD BE MADE. I STRONGLY BELIEVE THAT INSTRUCTIONAL COACHES ARE FUNDAMENTAL TO TEACHERS, ESPECIALLY AT HAYS HIGH SCHOOL, AND I'VE KIND OF BROKEN DOWN MY ARGUMENTS INTO TWO TOPICS HOW INSTRUCTIONAL COACHES HELP TEACHERS AND HOW IT'S GOING TO AFFECT THE DISTRICT.

SO TO START OFF FIRST, HOW I HELP TEACHERS I SEE US HELP TEACHERS WITH SO MANY THINGS, INCLUDING LESSON PLANS, DIFFERENTIATION IN THE CLASSROOM, AND CLASSROOM MANAGEMENT.

NOW, THIS IS MY BIGGEST CONCERN RIGHT HERE BECAUSE AS DR.

WRIGHT JUST SAID, OUR DISTRICT IS GROWING, SO WE'RE HAVING EVEN LARGER CLASS SIZES.

WE ARE STILL EXPERIENCING LEARNING GAPS WITH COVID, AND I'M A SCIENCE TEACHER AND WE HAVE NEW SCIENCE SEATS NEXT YEAR, SO INSTRUCTIONAL COACHES WILL DEFINITELY HELP WITH ALL OF THAT. ALSO, INSTRUCTIONAL COACHES WILL NOT BE ABLE TO HELP BRAND NEW TEACHERS TO THE DISTRICT OR JUST NEW TEACHERS IN GENERAL THAT ARE JUST GRADUATING FROM UNIVERSITIES.

ICS WILL NOT BE ABLE TO HELP TRACK DATA FOR CBAS AND STAAR, AND SO THAT FALLS ON THE TEACHERS.

FROM NOW ON, ICS WILL NOT BE ABLE TO HAVE A DIRECT LINE OF COMMUNICATION BETWEEN TEACHERS, PRINCIPALS AND THE DISTRICT STAFF.

AND THAT KIND OF WRAPS UP MY POINTS WITH ICS HELPING TEACHERS.

MY NEXT POINT IS HOW ICS ARE GOING TO BASICALLY AFFECT THE DISTRICT.

MOST TEACHERS DON'T REALLY SEE THE COORDINATORS ALL YEAR REALLY MAINLY JUST DURING PD.

AND SO BASICALLY THE COORDINATORS WILL HAVE A LARGER WORKLOAD AND ULTIMATELY I FEEL LIKE WE'LL SEE THEM EVEN LESS.

ALSO THE NEW PLAN WITH THE NEW FIVE ICS THE DISTRICT WILL BASICALLY HAVE AT A DISTRICT LEVEL, I STRONGLY BELIEVE THAT OVER TIME THEY WILL FOCUS MORE ON STAAR TESTED SUBJECTS AND EVERYONE ELSE BE KIND OF IGNORED.

AND YEAH, THAT'S MAINLY MY POINTS.

AND SO OVERALL, I JUST BELIEVE THAT DIRECT RESOURCES SHOULD NOT BE TAKEN AWAY FROM TEACHERS AND REMOVED FROM SCHOOLS.

AND THAT WAS MY POINT.

I AM A CITY OF KYLE COUNCIL MEMBER.

I HAVE TWO KIDS IN THE DISTRICT, ONE AT TOBIAS AND THE OTHER AT LEHMAN.

I'M ON THE LEHMAN CHEER BOOSTER CLUB AND ON THE TOBIAS PTA.

I'M HERE TODAY TO READ A LETTER THAT WAS SENT TO SOME OF YOU AND TO ADMINS OVER SOME CONCERNS, AND WE ARE ASKING FOR COOPERATION THAT IS NEEDED FOR A SUMMER CHEER NCA CAMP.

TO ALL THOSE WHO THIS CONCERNS.

IT IS UNFORTUNATE THAT IT HAS ESCALATED TO A LEVEL OF HAVING TO CC EVERY PERSON WHO HAS BEEN CONTACTED OR HAS REACHED OUT, BUT HERE WE ARE.

WE ARE NO FARTHER ALONG THAN WE WERE WHEN WE STARTED WITH ANSWERS OR RESOLUTIONS ON NCA CAMP, AND THE OVERALL LONG TERM SUCCESS OF THE LEHMAN CHEER PROGRAM, AND NCA CAMP IS 21 DAYS AWAY.

SEVERAL TIMES WE HAVE ALL BEEN TOLD THAT WE WOULD RECEIVE CALLBACKS, YET WE HAVE NOT.

THE ONLY REASON CONVERSATIONS CONTINUE IS BECAUSE WE AS PARENTS ARE RELENTLESS FOR THE SUCCESS OF OUR CHEERLEADERS.

TO RECAP EVERYTHING AS BRIEFLY AS POSSIBLE.

AS WE ALL KNOW, LEHMAN HIGH SCHOOL DOES NOT CURRENTLY HAVE A CHEER COACH.

THEREFORE, THE END OF THE SEASON AND GOING INTO THE NEW SEASON HAS NOT BEEN AS STRUCTURED AS IT SHOULD BE, WHICH IS UNDERSTANDABLE.

HOWEVER, MAKING MANDATORY EVENTS AND PARTICIPATION NOT STRUCTURED IS NOT ACCEPTABLE.

THE PUSHBACK FROM INCOMING MEMBERS IS NOTHING NEW, AND SOMETHING THAT HAS BEEN EXPERIENCED EVERY YEAR AND I AM SURE WILL BE EVERY YEAR MOVING FORWARD.

CHEER IS AN EXPENSIVE SPORT.

THIS IS NO SECRET, AND DEFINITELY SOMETHING THAT WAS TOWED TO PARENTS AT THE MANDATORY PARENT MEETING BEFORE TRYOUTS.

IN REGARDS TO NCA CAMP, THIS IS CRUCIAL TO THE OVERALL SUCCESS OF THE PROGRAM IF WE WANT TO STAND ANY CHANCE COMPETING DURING COMPETITION SEASON.

MIND YOU, IF WE DO NOT PLACE HIGHLY, THE PARENTS WILL ALSO COMPLAIN.

I UNDERSTAND NCA IS STATING THEY CAN BRING CAMP TO US, BUT THIS IS NO WAY CLOSE TO GOING TO CAMP.

THE TEAM IS PUTTING 50% EFFORT RIGHT NOW.

THIS WILL NOT CHANGE BECAUSE YOU ADD NCA CAMP TO THE TITLE ON THE BAND PRACTICE.

COMPETING ALONGSIDE OTHER TEAMS PUSHES YOU AND THE HOURS ARE MUCH LONGER THAN A DAY CAMP AT LEHMAN.

SURE $250 IS CHEAPER, BUT WHY PAY THAT IF WE AREN'T REALLY MAXIMIZING THE REASON BEHIND CAMP AND YOU STILL WON'T HAVE 100% PARTICIPATION BECAUSE NEW MEMBERS DO NOT THINK ANYTHING IS MANDATORY.

OUR OTHER DISTRICT SCHOOLS ARE ATTENDING BECAUSE IT IS MANDATORY.

HAYS ALSO DOES NOT HAVE A COACH AND THEY ARE STILL GOING.

IF WE WANT LEHMAN TO BE CONSIDERED EQUAL TO THE OTHER SCHOOLS, WE NEED TO BE HELD TO THE SAME STANDARDS, PROVIDED THE SAME FUNDING AND OPPORTUNITIES.

THIS MEANS HOLDING STAFF, PARENTS AND STUDENTS ACCOUNTABLE.

EXPERIENCE IS BEING TAKEN AWAY FROM OUR SENIORS.

THIS IS THE LAST YEAR OUR SENIORS WILL GET TO EXPERIENCE CAMP.

I GUARANTEE MAJORITY OF PARENTS WILL FIGHT FOR THEIR CHEERLEADER TO HAVE THIS EXPERIENCE WHEN THEY ARE SENIORS, SO THEY NEED TO NOT TAKE IT AWAY FROM OUR CURRENT SENIORS. OPPORTUNITY IS BEING TAKEN.

SOME OF THESE GIRLS WANT TO GO TO CHEER AND COLLEGE.

THEY CANNOT BE NOMINATED FOR ALL AMERICAN AT HOME CAMP, BUT IT DOES NOT MEAN NEAR THE SAME BEING AWARDED THAT OUT OF 20.

IT DOES MEAN MORE WHEN YOU'RE AWARDED THAT OUT OF 100 ATHLETES, WE WERE TOLD CAMP WAS SWITCHED DUE TO FINANCIAL OBLIGATIONS AND TRANSPORTATION, WHICH EVERYONE KNEW PREVIOUS TO TRYING OUT FOR THE TEAM.

THIS IS NOT THE ONLY TIME TRANSPORTATION WILL BE NEEDED.

IN FACT, ALL COMPETITION SEASON BESIDES UIL REQUIRES TRANSPORTATION FOR COMPETITIONS.

SETTING THE EXPECTATION THAT THESE THINGS ARE NOT MANDATORY IS UNACCEPTABLE.

AND NEXT YEAR AND EVERY YEAR, THEIR CHEERLEADER CHEERS.

THEY'RE GOING TO HAVE THIS VERY SAME CAMP AND VERY SAME COST.

AND WHEN WE GET A COACH, THE EXPECTATION IS GOING TO BE THAT THEY DID GO AND THAT THEY GO TO THE CAMP EVERY YEAR.

AS STAFF, YOU SHOULD WANT TO SET UP YOUR INCOMING COACH TO BE SUCCESSFUL BY HAVING A PREPARED TEAM.

TRANSPORTATION WAS ALREADY STATED SEVERAL TIMES WOULD NOT BE AN ISSUE.

WE ARE A CHEER FAMILY AND WE HAVE ENOUGH PARENTS VOLUNTEERING TO CARPOOL.

THEN WE WERE TOLD MONEY.

CURRENTLY, AS IT SETS, WE HAVE SEVERAL INDIVIDUALS WILLING TO HELP WITH THE COST OF CAMP.

WE ALSO HAVE SOMEONE WILLING TO FRONT THE COMPLETE REMAINING BALANCE TO ALLOW PARENTS MORE TIME TO PAY THE ADDITIONAL $200.

ADDITIONALLY, WE LET ADMINS KNOW YOU CAN ASK VARSITY TO EXTEND DUE DATE A FEW WEEKS AFTER CAMP.

YET WE HEARD NOTHING BACK.

SO WHAT IS THE TRUE CONCERN? WHY HAVE WE NOT TOLD THE TEAM WE WILL BE GOING TO CAMP AND IT IS MANDATORY AND..

PERFECT. SO MY CONCERN HERE TODAY IS TO TALK ABOUT THE INSTRUCTIONAL COACH POSITION AND THE DECISION THAT YOU GUYS HAVE AHEAD OF YOU, WHICH I KNOW IS IN A VERY TOUGH DECISION TO MAKE.

AND I UNDERSTAND THAT WITH THE LEGISLATURE NOT FUNDING US, IT IS A VERY DIFFICULT DECISION THAT YOU HAVE TO CONSTANTLY WEIGH IN THE PROS AND CONS OF EVERY DECISION THAT YOU GUYS MAKE AS A BOARD.

I TOOK THEIR, THE EARLIER POINTS THAT WERE MENTIONED EARLIER, AND I COMPLETELY SUPPORT ALL THOSE POINTS.

BUT I WANT TO ADD ANOTHER POINT.

AND THAT WOULD BE FROM MORE OF AN EQUITY PERSPECTIVE.

THERE ARE FEW OPPORTUNITIES, AS EDUCATORS THAT WE HAVE TO BE ABLE TO HAVE ANY CHANCE OF UPWARD MOBILITY, RIGHT? AS TEACHERS, YOU EITHER YOU'RE A TEACHER AND THEN YOU CAN GET A CERTIFICATE, OR YOU CAN GET YOUR MASTER'S DEGREE AND TRY TO BECOME ADMIN OR ANOTHER POSITION OF THAT LEVEL.

BUT TO THAT, BEFORE THAT, THERE IS NOTHING ELSE, RIGHT? THAT REQUIRES MORE MONEY THAT YOU HAVE TO SPEND TO BE ABLE TO DO THAT.

IT HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH YOUR ABILITY OR ANYTHING LIKE THAT.

IT'S JUST A REQUIREMENT OF THE POSITION.

THE IC POSITION IS THAT NEXT RUNG, THAT NEXT STEP THAT YOU CAN TAKE LOGICALLY AND AND FEASIBLY AS AN EDUCATOR, TO KIND OF SHOW WHAT YOU CAN DO AT A EVEN AT A DEPARTMENT WIDE LEVEL, IT DOES NOT COMPARE TO THE SAME LEVEL AS, SAY, A DEPARTMENT CHAIR OR SOMETHING LIKE THAT.

BECAUSE AS A DEPARTMENT CHAIR AND A LOT OF THE OTHER CAMPUSES, YOU HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO HAVE A SPECIFIC PERIOD IN WHICH YOU CAN DO THAT WORK.

THAT IS NOT SOMETHING THAT IS FEASIBLE FOR INSTRUCTIONAL COACHES.

INSTRUCTIONAL COACHES, EVERY MOMENT THAT THEY'RE IN SCHOOL, THEY'RE CONSTANTLY TRYING TO DO THE SUPPORT THAT THEY CAN DO FOR THEIR ENTIRE DEPARTMENT.

FOR ME PERSONALLY, IT WAS WHENEVER SOMETHING DIDN'T WORK IN A SPECIFIC LESSON THAT I THOUGHT WAS GOING TO GO AS PLANNED, THEY WERE ABLE TO WITHIN EVEN WITHIN

CHANGING PERIODS, THEY WERE ABLE TO COME SEE ME REAL QUICK, DO SOME QUICK ADJUSTMENTS, AND THEN GO BACK TO DOING IN OUR CAMPUS AT HAYS HIGH SCHOOL, WE ALREADY HAVE THEM IN A HYBRID POSITION WHERE WE HAVE THEM TEACHING HALF THE TIME, AND WE ALSO HAVE THEM DOING AN IC POSITION THE OTHER HALF THE TIME.

IF YOU LOOK RIGHT NOW AT MOST OF THE JOB POSTINGS ACROSS THE STATE, YOU WILL SEE FOR SURE TEACHERS ACROSS THE BOARD.

THERE'S A LOT OF POSITIONS, RIGHT.

BUT YOU WILL ALSO FIND INSTRUCTIONAL COACHES POSITIONS AVAILABLE.

RIGHT? THAT'S NOT BECAUSE THE DISTRICTS THOUGHT THAT THAT IC NEEDED TO GO OR ANYTHING LIKE THAT.

IT'S BECAUSE IT'S LOGICAL THAT THAT IC POSITION PROBABLY TRANSITION INTO A HIGHER POSITION WITHIN THE DISTRICT IN WHICH THEY HAVE SHOWN THEIR CAPABILITY AS LEADERS TO FILL IN THE SPOT WITHIN THAT DISTRICT.

GIVE ME ONE QUICK MOMENT. LET ME KIND OF GO DOWN THERE.

SO REALISTICALLY SPEAKING, THERE'S NOT A LOT OF OPPORTUNITIES, AS I SAID, AND YOU ARE LIMITING THE PIPELINE THAT WE'RE PULLING FROM AS EDUCATORS. IF YOU MAKE THAT DECISION, I KNOW YOU HAVEN'T NECESSARILY MADE IT, BUT IF YOU MAKE THAT DECISION, THERE'S A PIPELINE THAT YOU PULL FROM.

AND WHEN YOU LIMIT THE POSITIONS TO JUST FIVE WITHIN THE DISTRICT, INSTEAD OF ALLOWING FOR AS MANY WITHIN THE CAMPUS AS THEY'RE NEEDED.

YOU'RE DEFINITELY NOT ALLOWING FOR A LARGER PORTION OF TEACHERS TO GO UP TO THAT NEXT LEVEL.

AND SO WE KNEW PEER TO PEER CONVERSATION WAS INCREDIBLY IMPORTANT IN ORDER TO JUST HAVE THE KNOWLEDGE FOR STUDENTS TO BE ABLE TO TALKING BACK AND FORTH THROUGHOUT THOSE LESSONS.

AND SO WHAT WE DID IS WE HAD A SCAVENGER HUNT THAT WE DEVELOPED WHERE ALL OF OUR TEACHERS, WE HAD SEVERAL NEW TEACHERS START WITH US THIS YEAR.

WE GOT TO GET EVERYONE TOGETHER.

THEY GOT TO SEE THE DIFFERENT PLACES THAT OUR STUDENTS, OUR PANTHERS, LIVE.

SO THEY GET TO SEE WHERE EVERYONE COMES FROM.

THEY ALSO GOT TO VISIT SEVERAL BUSINESSES WITHIN THE LOCAL COMMUNITY AND KIND OF START BUILDING THOSE PARTNERSHIPS.

AND ALSO WITH HAVING NEW TEAM MEMBERS, WE WANTED TO MAKE SURE THAT THEY HAD TIME TO GET TOGETHER AND REALLY BUILD UP THEIR TEAM, GET TO KNOW EACH OTHER AND JUST START OFF THE YEAR STRONG. CONTINUING WITH SOME AMAZING CELEBRATIONS THIS YEAR AS WE WANT TO REALLY HIGHLIGHT THE WORK WE PUT INTO OUR WIN TIME.

WIN TIME STANDS FOR WHAT I NEED TIME.

THIS IS DATA DRIVEN AND IT'S BASED ON STUDENTS ACTUAL NEEDS, OF COURSE.

AND SO WHAT IT IS IS TIME WHERE NO NEW ACADEMIC LEARNING IS OCCURRING, AND THE TEACHERS WORK IN PLCS TO ESTABLISH WHAT GROUPS MIGHT NEED ADDITIONAL SUPPORT, WHETHER IN MATH OR READING OR IF THEY NEED TO WORK ON GT PROJECTS.

THIS YEAR, OUR AWESOME LIBRARIAN ENTERED US INTO A REALLY GREAT COMPETITION WITH HEB, AND WE WERE SELECTED.

AND SO WE RECEIVED $1,000 TO GO TOWARD ADDITIONAL NEW BOOKS FOR KYLE ELEMENTARY.

AND SO THE STUDENTS WERE VERY, VERY EXCITED.

AND THEN LASTLY, THE NUMBER 12 YOU SEE UP THERE IS VERY SPECIAL TO US BECAUSE WE HAD SOME FOURTH GRADE STUDENTS WHO ENTERED THEIR POETRY INTO A CONTEST, AND 12 OF THEM ARE NOW PUBLISHED AUTHORS FROM THAT.

OH, AND THAT'S ME. SO AS YOU KNOW, ATTENDANCE MATTERS.

IT'S NEAR AND DEAR TO MY HEART AS I KNOW IT'S YOURS AS WELL.

AND SO WE KNOW WE WANT STUDENTS THERE ON CAMPUS.

SO WE DO A LOT OF PROACTIVE STEPS.

ONE OF THEM IS EVERY SINGLE CLASSROOM HAS AN ATTENDANCE TRACKER, AND EVERY TIME THAT THE WHOLE CLASS IS PRESENT, THEN WE MOVE THAT PAW PRINT UP.

AND WHEN WE GET TO TEN, THEN THEY BRING THEM UP AND THEN WE GET TO CELEBRATE THEM.

USUALLY IT'S THANKS FOR POPPING IN AND YOUR CLASS GETS POPCORN OR POPSICLES.

AND THEN WE ALSO TAKE SOME OTHER MEASURES AS WELL.

SO WHENEVER WE KNOW A FAMILY COULD BE STRUGGLING, WE SIT WITH THEM, OUR ATTENDANCE COMMITTEE, WE MEET WITH THEM AND WE SAY, HOW CAN WE HELP YOU? SO WE'VE BEEN ABLE TO ARRANGE SOME CARPOOL SITUATIONS AMONGST FAMILIES.

WE'VE SET UP SOME SUCCESSFUL ATTENDANCE PLANS AND THEN WE FOLLOW BACK UP.

OUR CAMPUS WOULD WANT IT TO GO WITH LEADER IN ME, AND SO WE ARE IN YEAR ONE IMPLEMENTATION.

THIS YEAR OUR STAFF HAS PARTICIPATED IN THE SEVEN HABITS TRAINING, WHICH IS REALLY HOW ARE WE LIVING THAT AS AN ADULT AND WHAT IS THE SEVEN HABITS LOOK LIKE FOR US IN OUR DAILY LIVES? FROM THERE WE MET AS A LIGHTHOUSE TEAM, WHICH WE HAVE A CORE GROUP OF TEACHERS THAT GET TOGETHER AND WE TALK ALL THINGS LEADER IN ME.

AND WHAT IS WHAT WILL THAT LOOK LIKE FOR KYLE? BECAUSE WE'RE BUILDING THIS FROM FROM YEAR ONE ON, FROM THERE, OUR CAMPUS PARTICIPATED IN OUR CORE ONE TRAINING, WHICH WAS BEGINNING THE IMPLEMENTATION PHASE WITHIN OUR CLASSROOM. WE UNFORTUNATELY DID THE TRAINING LATER IN THE YEAR.

THAT WOULD ALLOW AN INDIVIDUAL TO ENTER INTO THE BUILDING FROM THE EXTERIOR FOUND ON THAT PARTICULAR DAY THAT WHAT HAD OCCURRED IS THAT WE HAD IT WAS A VERY SIGNIFICANT RAIN DAY.

AND WITH THAT CAME A LOT OF TRAFFIC COMING IN MUD, ETC..

AND WHAT HAD OCCURRED IS THAT WE DID HAVE SOME STONES THAT GOT CAUGHT IN THE DOOR FRAME ITSELF.

THAT BEING SAID, WHAT WE DID IS ONCE IT WAS FOUND, IMMEDIATELY THE CAMPUS RECONCILED THOSE ISSUES WITH THAT.

AND AGAIN, HAD A REMINDER TO ALL OF OUR CAMPUSES THAT THIS IS EXACTLY THE KIND OF ACTIVITY THAT WE NEED TO MAKE SURE THAT WE'RE ADDRESSING ON A DAILY BASIS.

AS WE KNOW, WE DON'T TYPICALLY HAVE A LOT OF RAIN HERE.

AND SO IT WAS SOMETHING THAT IT WAS NOT NOTICEABLE ON A REGULAR BASIS.

BUT THAT BEING SAID, IT IS IMPERATIVE THAT OUR CAMPUSES MAKE SURE THAT THOSE EXTERIOR DOORS ARE PULLED, TUGGED AND ENSURE THAT THEY HAVE BEEN SECURED PROPERLY.

WE DID HAVE OUR EMERGENCY MEETING OF OUR DISTRICT ADVISORY COMMITTEE.

WE PRESENTED THE TRAINING TO THE CAMPUS LITERALLY WITHIN FOUR DAYS OF THIS PARTICULAR INCIDENT OCCURRING.

THAT BEING SAID, AFTER WE DID THAT, WE GOT THAT MANAGED AND PUT TOGETHER AND HAD GREAT SUCCESS WITH EVERYBODY UNDERSTANDING WHAT SPECIFICALLY WE WERE LOOKING FOR.
